;-) vanilla-apple-cupcakes with vanilla cream cheese cream

As promised in my last post the recipe for the vanilla-apple-cupcakes with vanilla cream cheese and cream!

For the cupcakes:

2 eggs
180 g sugar 100 g butter

180 g yogurt 1 teaspoon baking powder

1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
100 g flour 60 g
finely crumbled

2 apples Preheat

the oven to 180 ° C and fill a muffin tin with paper cases. Vanilla crumble finely. Eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add butter, mixing well. Then add the yogurt. Baking powder, baking soda and add the flour slowly and mix well. Peel the apples and cut small würeflig. The finely crumbled Vanilla and fold in the apples and down in the oven! Bake about 30 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.

For the cream:

80 g mascarpone

60 g icing sugar

150 g cream cheese

2 vanilla pods

vanilla pods the seeds and mix well with remaining ingredients scratch. Apply with a spatula and garnish with crumbled vanilla. Done!
